You write a short agreement and we email it to the other person. When they click I Agree, you both get a confirmation email with the text and a timestamp.
No. The record shows what was agreed and when. We make no claim about its legal effect. If you need a contract, speak to a lawyer.
No. They get an email with the agreement, any attached file and a link. They read it and click I Agree or I Don't Agree.
7 days. After that the agreement expires and can no longer be responded to. While it's pending, you can resend the email from the agreement's page.
Both parties get an email with the exact agreement text, the time it was agreed (UTC), a unique agreement ID and, if a file was attached, the file's name and SHA-256 fingerprint. The fingerprint lets you check later that a copy of the file matches the one that was agreed.
The sender (from their dashboard) and anyone with the link from the recipient's email. If the recipient forwards that email, whoever gets it can open the agreement. The pages aren't listed anywhere and search engines are told not to index them.
No. If you made a mistake, ask the recipient to decline it or let it expire, then send a corrected one.
One file up to 10 MB: an image, PDF or Office/OpenDocument file. On the free plan the stored file is kept for 1 year; its name, size and fingerprint stay on the record. Agreement text can be up to 1000 characters.
