General questions are covered in the FAQ.
Check your spam folder, and give it a minute or two. If it still hasn't arrived, request a new link from the sign-in page and check the address you typed.
Sign-in links are single use, and the link needs to open in the same browser you requested it from. If your email opens links somewhere else (common on phones), enter the one-time code from the same email instead: it works anywhere. If it's been a while since you requested it, start again and use the newest email.
Codes are single use, and each new request replaces the previous one. Use the code from the newest email, or request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
Ask them to check spam, and check the address shown on the agreement's page in your dashboard. You can resend the email from there once an hour. If the address is wrong, agreements can't be edited: let it expire, then send a new one to the right address.
Agreements accept responses for 7 days after they're sent. Ask the sender to send a new one.
This is usually a broken link: some email programs split long links across lines. Copy the entire link into your browser's address bar, or click it directly in the email rather than retyping it.
File attachments are a Pro feature, so the free plan's form doesn't include one. See pricing for details.
Files can be an image, PDF or Office/OpenDocument file, up to 10 MB. Older Office formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt) aren't accepted: save the file as .docx, .xlsx, .pptx or PDF and attach that.
The monthly limit counts agreements sent since the start of the current calendar month, and resets when the next month starts.
This happens to files attached before file attachments became a Pro feature (those were stored for 1 year), or if a Pro subscription has since ended. Either way, the file's name, size and fingerprint stay on the record.
